Business Development Executive (Distribution Sales)

Specific Responsibilities

  • Work proactively with marketing to promote & sell company’s products to local hardware retail partners and / or other related verticals
  • Attend to sales enquiries and evaluate sales opportunities
  • Effectively execute planned marketing activities to achieve sales targets
  • Ad hoc responsibilities – exhibition / roadshows, product sales management, delivery, etc.
  • Provide sales & product technical support to customer
  • Conduct market survey and feedback to marketing department
  • Daily customer store visits, inventory checks for re-order, cold calling retail hardware stores (modern and traditional)
  • Submit weekly dealer visit schedule in accordance to PIC’s direction
  • Monitor and ensure payments from customers are in order

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School "O" Level education or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of Sales Experience in the related/not related field for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Effective Communication, Sales & Marketing Mindset
  • Preferably Executive with sales experience in Power Tools / Hand Tools or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Possessing own car will be an advantage

Marketing Executive

Specific Responsibilities

  • Conceptualising and implementing marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms and various markets
  • Plan and execute roadshows, marketing campaigns for traditional and digital channels
  • Generate new content, update and maintenance of our online platforms to ensure a highly engaging customer experience, including web advertisements, web articles and social media posts, etc
  • Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase organic web search ranking.
  • Planning and execution of email campaigns
  • Leads generation through research and data analyzing from traditional or online sources

Requirements

  • Industrial hand tools and equipment knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal, communication & analytical thinking skills.
  • Must be team oriented.
  • Candidate must possess at least secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
  • Candidate must be suitable for working in a fast pace environment.
