RETURNS POLICY

Items sold online are non-returnable and non-refundable but may be exchanged within 7 days from date of invoice for other item/s of similar value. Returns are only accepted for defective items, wrong products delivered or items misrepresented in the product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original packaging intact. Proof of purchase from Chee Fatt is required for all claims. Products sold on a "On Sale", ‘’On Promotion’’ basis or marked ‘’Non-Returnable’’ cannot be returned.

Due to hygiene reasons, several types of goods are excluded from our return policy, including but not limited to personal protective equipment such as face masks, ear plugs, consumables etc. All clearance items may not come in mint condition and are strictly non-refundable.

Gift with Purchase (GWP) and Purchase with Purchase (PWP) - In the event of product return, the redeemed Gift with Purchase or Purchase with Purchase product must be returned in original unopened packaging along with the purchased product. 

Used and damaged items due to wear and tear are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable - there are no exceptions to this.

Customer is required to bear any related shipping and/or insurance fees for the returned / exchanged items.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Items sold online are non-returnable and non-refundable but may be exchanged within 7 days from date of invoice. In the event that you wish to exchange an item, you can opt to exchange for any other available item. For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.

REFUND POLICY

A refund will only be available in event that your ordered item is out-of-stock or when Chee Fatt is unable to fulfil your order. Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days. Chee Fatt reserves the right to refuse any exchange, returns or refund if the requirements are not met. In event of a dispute, Chee Fatt will have the final decision with no exceptions.
